Terms and Conditions for Console Rentals
Welcome to NashikTech. By renting a PlayStation 5 console from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth gaming experience.
1. Rental Agreement
Identification: At the time of delivery, the renter must provide a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, or PAN Card) for verification purposes.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is not require for all rentals.
Rental Period: The rental period begins at the time of delivery and ends at the time of pickup. Any extension must be requested and approved at least 24 hours before the original end time.
2. Usage Policy
Personal Use Only: Consoles are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Account Safety: Please do not attempt to log out of the primary account or modify console settings, as these are configured for the best performance. Users are strictly prohibited from downloading unauthorized content or attempting to jailbreak/modify the console software.
Damage/Loss: The renter is responsible for the console and accessories (controllers, cables, power supply). In the event of theft, loss, or physical damage (including liquid damage or screen damage), the renter will be liable for the full cost of repairs or replacement at current market rates.
3. Pricing and Payments
Payment Terms: All rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Late Returns: Please return the equipment on time. Consoles returned past the agreed-upon time will be subject to a late fee of ₹[Insert Amount] per day.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 5 hours before the scheduled delivery are eligible for a partial/full refund. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Technical Support

Do not attempt to open the console or troubleshoot hardware issues yourself, as this will void the rental agreement and may result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.
5. Liability
NashikTech is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the equipment. Our liability is limited strictly to the rental value of the console.
By using our service, you acknowledge that you are using the equipment at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms
NashikTech reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of major changes via WhatsApp or email.
